Students each received part of a contraction on their backs. Then they had to find their match! We love to get up and moving , while still learning.
Each student shared their character parade book with another student. Ms. Tipton also read a short passage from each book to the class. We reviewed Main Idea and Key Details as we read each book.

The teachers also participated in the Parade of Characters today. Ask your child to tell you their favorite book character.
Here are all our Book Characters. We had a great day of learning. All the students deserve to be praised for excellent behavior.
