Check out the diversity in Team Tipton! We are so lucky to be part of the large melting pot.
Mrs. Alwine Pruitt is from the Continent of Europe. She is German. She is also Ms. Tipton's mother. She shared with the class about being from Europe. She taught the children to count to 10, how say several phrases in German and she and Ms. Tipton sang a German nursery rhyme to the class. Ask your child to tell you one fact that they learned today.
Mr. Robert Pruitt, Ms. Tipton's Father, kicked off our community workers unit. He shared with the students about his career. He is a retired steel worker from Armco Steel.
Ms. Tipton wants to thank her parents for stopping by for a visit, and for always supporting me. They have helped me in many ways in my career and also encouraged me to be the best teacher I can be!!
