Evey day our class works on phonic skills.  Today we practiced the -ick, and -ack word families.

 

 Ms. Tipton wrote the words on the board, but I left out some of the letters. The students had to figure our the "mystery" words. 

 A huge Thank You to Zoey's mom.   Ms. Ryan took time our of her busy schedule to stop by and talk about her experiences working and volunteering as a social worker.  We are still looking for more volunteers to share about their career in the community. 

 This is the Wildcat reading club members.   This club meets daily. 

 As you all know, each student is assigned a specific day to return their weekly reading assignment.  Here are the members of the Owl club. They meet with Ms. Tipton on Tuesday's.
