We reviewed our -ow word family words. The assessment will be tomorrow: tow, row, low, bow, blow, snow, and flow
Group Two: slow, grow, below, yellow, pillow, throw
We concluded our unit on action verbs. The children worked in small groups to complete and "Angry Verb" activity. Ask your child to tell you the students that worked with them in their group and have them name at least three action verbs. We have covered present, past and future tense verbs.
We stated chapter 10 in math today. We will be focusing on different types of graphs and data collection during this unit. We will review how to use tally marks and spend a great deal of time learning how to decipher information that graphs contain. Today we graphed our birth months.
