Field Trip tomorrow

Don't forget that tomorrow is our field trip to the Lexington Children's Theater. If you signed up to chaperon, we will meet you at the theater around 9:35 or shortly after.  We appreciate the parent and grandparents that volunteered to chaperon.    We will be seeing Jack and the Wonder Bean.   We are asking all students to wear their Wellington t-shirt.  Also, don't forget to pack a lunch if your child signed up to do so.  

We  will return to school to eat lunch.  The weather is simply warm enough for us to visit the park.

 

Student enjoyed our "scoot" telling time to the hour activity.  We also learned about "elapsed time" today.  This is an important skill to understand.    

 students are "rockin -around- the clock" and telling time to the hour, half-hour and minute.  

 The students really enjoy these hands on learning experiences.

 

 We are learning that not all rock sink. As your child what type of rock floats. 

 Rayyan is the super star student for this week. Make sure and congratulate him if you see him.
