We want to congratulate Abby Sparrow.  She will be next week's student of the week.   

We will continue working on Writing Standard 2: Write informational/explanatory text to examine and convey complex ideas and information clearly and accurately through the effective selection, organization and analysis of content.

 Today was "Dojo" doughnut reward day.   I am very proud of my hard workers.  Not only academically, but socially too. 

 In order to understand water cycle we  reviewed solids, liquids, gases today. 

 Ask you child to explain the water cycle, and how this related to our "Save the Penguins" experiment.

 Maya was today's meteorologist.   She did a great job. 

 Each table worked together to create the best environment for their penguins.  Next Tuesday we will add frozen penguins to each box.  We are trying to see which table created a habitat that was best for the survival of a penguin chick.
